      目的 探究不同净化技术对土壤基质中酰胺类农药的净化效果, 建立有效净化土壤基质中酰胺类农药的方法。方法 在不同实验条件下, 考察了固相萃取小柱净化和QuEChERS净化2种净化技术对土壤基质中酰胺类农药的净化效果, 比较2种净化方式的优劣。结果 2种净化方式的净化回收率均可达90%以上, 平行样相对标准偏差分别为1.5%~13%和0.9%~12%, 精密度良好。结论 对于相对简单的土壤基质, 固相萃取小柱净化和QuEChERS净化均能达到满意的净化效果, 而QuEChERS净化操作简单、快捷易行、成本低廉、溶剂用量小, 更具优越性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of different purification techniques on the purification of amide pesticides in soil matrix and establish an effective method for the purification of amide pesticides in soil matrix. Methods The purification effects of solid phase extraction cartridge purification and QuEChERS purification on the amide pesticides in soil matrix under different experimental conditions were investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of the 2 purification methods were compared. Results The recovery rates of the 2 purification methods could reach more than 90%, and the standard deviations of the parallel sample pair were 1.5%?13% and 0.9%?12%, respectively, with good precisions. Conclusion For relatively simple soil substrates, solid phase extraction cartridge purification and QuEChERS purification can achieve satisfactory purification results, while QuEChERS purification is more advantageous due to its simple operation, fast and easy operation, low cost and small solvent consumption.
