      目的 开发一种快速定量检测米面等食品中米酵菌酸的方法。方法 首先, 制备米酵菌酸-牛血清白蛋白偶联物(bongkrekic acid-bovine serum albumin, BA-BSA), 作为检测卡的包被原料包被至硝酸纤维素膜上, 用本公司自制BA单克隆抗体与时间分辨微球标记放入微孔中, 然后将包被后的膜和标记后的微孔组装成快速检测卡。结果 快速检测卡的线性范围为1~100 ng/mL, 前处理采用碱性甲醇水溶液提取样本中米酵菌酸。结论 本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高, 适合样品中米酵菌酸的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a method for rapid and quantitative detection of bongkrekic acid in foods that made of rice and wheat. Methods Bongkrekic acid-bovine serum albumin conjugate (BA-BSA) was synthetized and coated on the nitrocellulose membrane at first, and then BA monoclonal antibody produced in Eugene was labeled by TRF microspheres and was freeze-dried in microwells. Membrane and microwell that prepared before were assembled into test kits. Results The BA test kits had a wide detection range (1-100 ng/mL), and the tris-methanol reagent could be easily used for extracting BA from food samples. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for detecting bongkrekic acid in feed samples.
