      目的 评定能力验证样品中霉菌和酵母计数检测结果的不确定度。方法 根据能力验证作业指导书和GB4789.15-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 霉菌和酵母计数》中第一法霉菌和酵母平板计数法对能力验证样品霉菌和酵母进行定量检测, 按照JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度的评定与表示》对检测结果进行不确定度评定。结果 在95%的置信区间下, 霉菌和酵母检测结果的扩展不确定度为0.0238。结论 本研究建立的评定方法可以对能力验证的样品霉菌和酵母定量检测进行不确定度评定, 且适用于检测条件相近的实验室进行相关的不确定度的评定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of mould and yeast count test results in proficiency test samples. Methods According to the operational instructions of capability verification and GB 4789.15-2016 National food safety standard-Food microbiology test-Mold and yeast count, the first method mold and yeast plate count method, the mold and yeast of the capability verification sample were tested quantitatively. The uncertainty of test results was assessed in accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty. Results The extended uncertainty of mould and yeast test results was 0.0238 at 95% confidence interval. Conclusion The evaluation method established in this study can evaluate the uncertainty of the quantitative detection of mould and yeast samples with ability verification, and is suitable for the evaluation of the relevant uncertainty in laboratories with similar testing conditions.
