      阿拉伯联合酋长国(the United Arab Emirates, UAE)与我国签署“一带一路”合作协议, 作为一带一路沿线重要国家, 多年来是我国在西亚的主要贸易伙伴, 其清真食品需求量大, 90%的食品需要进口, 蕴藏巨大食品贸易商机。本文就阿联酋食品安全监管机构和职责、法律法规、标准体系、食品安全监管、食品贸易情况进行了系统分析, 以期对企业了解阿联酋食品安全监管体系提供参考, 也为政府部门、研究机构和社会各界了解阿联酋食品安全监管体系提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      The United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a “One Belt, One Road” cooperation agreement with China. As an important country along the Belt Road, it has been China's main trading partner in West Asia for many years. Its Halal food demand is large, 90% of food needs to be imported, so there are huge food trade opportunities. This paper systematically analyzed the food safety regulatory agencies and responsibilities, laws and regulations, standards system, food safety supervision, and food trade in the UAE, in order to provide reference for enterprises to understand the UAE food safety supervision system, and provide an important reference for government departments, research institutions and the community to understand the UAE food safety supervision system.
