目的 了解吉林省内部分市售小龙虾Hg2+、甲基汞、乙基汞污染水平。方法 采集吉林省松花江流域和非松花江流域内的小龙虾样品, 粉碎后经5 mol/L HCl提取, C18色谱柱分离, 高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测样品中Hg2+、甲基汞、乙基汞含量。结果 在采集的两流域小龙虾样品中, 虾黄和虾肉均未检出Hg2+和乙基汞, 小龙虾样品中汞的主要存在形态是甲基汞, 未发现超标现象。结论 小龙虾中甲基汞含量均低于限值, 可安全使用。 |

Objective To understand the pollution levels of Hg2+, methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in crayfish sold in Jilin province. Methods The crayfish samples were collected from Songhua river basin and non-Songhua river basin in Jilin province, Hg2+, methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in the samples was extracted by 5 mol/L HCl, separated with C18 column, and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results In crayfish samples collected from 2 basins, Hg2+ and ethylmercury were not detected in shrimp roe and shrimp meat. The main form of mercury in crayfish samples was methylmercury. No over-standard phenomenon was found. Conclusion The methylmercury content of crayfish is below the limit and can be safely used. |
