      随着社会经济的快速发展, 食品安全问题层出不穷, 食品安全法规标准作为执法文件, 对食品安全具有重要意义。本文简单介绍了国际标准, 从食品安全法规、标准分类、标准制修订原则和流程、标准管理等多角度分析欧盟、美国、日本食品安全标准法规, 总结发达国家食品安全标准法规经验, 针对现阶段中国食品安全标准法规问题, 对比国外经验成果, 提炼出值得借鉴的经验, 以期为我国未来食品安全标准法规的进一步完善发展提供更多有价值的信息。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of social economy, food safety issues are emerging one after another. Therefore, food safety regulations and standards as law enforcement documents are of great significance to food safety. This paper briefly introduced international standards, analyzed the food safety standards and regulations of the European Union, the United States and Japan from multiple perspectives, including food safety regulations, standard classification, standard preparation and revision principles and procedures, and standard management, and summarized the experience of food safety standards and regulations of developed countries. In view of the current China food safety standards and regulations, it compared the experience of foreign experience and extracted the experience worthy of reference, so as to provide more valuable information for the further improvement of China's future food safety standards and regulations.
