      随着人们运动健身意识的增强, 运动营养食品越来越受到欢迎。在此背景下, 运动营养食品的研发越来越受到重视。在运动营养食品中强化微量元素, 客观上增加了微量元素的摄入机会, 但微量元素的强化水平及风险评估需要得到学者的重视。本研究综述了微量元素与人体健康的关系、运动营养食品的定义、分析了国内外运动营养食品的研究现状, 以及微量元素在运动营养食品中的强化水平及风险评估, 为研究微量元素在运动营养食品中的应用提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      With the increase of people's awareness of sports, sports nutritional food is becoming more and more popular. In this context, more and more attention has been paid to the research and development of sports nutrition food. Adding trace elements to sports nutritional food increases the chances of trace elements intake objectively. However, the enhancement level and risk assessment of trace elements need to be paid attention by scholars. This paper summarized the relationship between trace elements and human health and the definition of sports nutrition food, analyzed the research status of sports nutrition food at home and abroad, and the fortification level and risk assessment of trace elements in sports nutrition food, in order to provide an important reference for the study of trace elements in sports nutrition food.
