由于沙门氏菌引起的食物中毒不仅危害人们的身体健康, 而且还会造成严重的经济损失。随着人们对食品安全的重视以及中国经济与国际市场的逐渐接轨, 我国现行的沙门氏菌限量标准已不能满足保护消费者健康的需求, 且不利于增强我国食品的进出口贸易竞争力。本文总结了中国和国际食品微生物标准委员会(International Commission of Microbiological Specializations on Food, ICMSF)、国际食品法典委员会(Codex Alimentarius Commission, CAC)、欧盟(European Union, EU)、美国、日本、加拿大以及澳大利亚的食品卫生标准中沙门氏菌限量标准的异同, 以期为我国制定与国际接轨的沙门氏菌限量标准提供借鉴。 |

Food poisoning caused by Salmonella not only harms the health of human, but also causes serious economic losses. With the emphasis on food safety and the gradual integration of China’s economy and the international market, China’s current Salmonella limited standards can no longer meet the needs of protecting consumers’ health, and is not conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of China’s food import and export trade. This paper summarized the similarities and differences of Salmonella limit standards in food hygiene standards between China and the International Food Microbiological Standards Committee (ICMSF), the International Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), the European Union (EU), the United States, Japan, Canada and Australia, so as to provide references for the development of internationally limited Salmonella standards. |
