2018年全国“两会”闭幕后国务院启动了新一轮的机构改革, 组建了国家市场监督管理总局, 负责食品生产、经营等环节监管。如今, 机构改革已近尾声, 在机构和人员均发生重大变动的背景下, 如何做好当前食品安全监管工作是一项亟待解决的问题。本文概述了中美食品安全标准的发展现状, 重点阐述了我国食品安全标准存在的问题和加快推进标准制修订工作的重要意义。倡导借鉴美国的食品安全管理模式, 首次提出在整合现有基础标准的前提下制定统一的监管标准, 将对提高我国食品安全监管效能具有重要意义, 给政府监管部门提供更多的信息支持。 |

After the closing of NPC&CPPCC in 2018, the State Council has set up State Administration for Market Regulation, which takes responsibility for overseeing food manufacture and management. Now, institutional reform is drawing to an end, in the background of changing for structure and personnel, how to do a good job of regulation is a problem that needs to be tackled urgently. This paper summarized the current situations of food safety standards in China and America, focused on the issue of Chinese food safety standards and the significances of speeding up the standard revision, advocated the significance of following the example of American mode, firstly integrated existing standards and drew up regulatory standards, in order to provide more information and reference to the administration. |
