      目的 对液相色谱-原子荧光联用法测定灵芝孢子粉中甲基汞的不确定度进行评定。方法 通过建立评估的数学模型, 分析不确定度的主要来源, 计算出不确定度的各主要分量, 得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 结果表明: 影响结果不确定度的主要因素是标准物质、标准曲线拟合和样品溶液定容引入的不确定度, 其中标准物质引入的不确定度影响最大。试验用灵芝孢子粉中甲基汞的测定不确定度报告为: 0.0272 mg/kg, 扩展不确定度U=0.0013 mg/kg, 包含因子k=2。结论 该评估系统可为今后采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光联用法测定食用菌中甲基汞等不同汞形态的不确定度评估提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of methyl mercury in Ganoderma lucidum by high performance liquid chromatography combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-AFS). Methods Through the establishment of the evaluation mathematical model, the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed, the main components of uncertainty were calculated, and the composite uncertainty and extended uncertainty were obtained. Results The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty were standard materials, standard curve fitting, sample solution constant volume. Moreover, standard materials was the major factor causing the uncertainty. The uncertainty report of measuring methyl mercury of Ganoderma lucidum for the test was as follows: methyl mercury of Ganoderma lucidum for the test was 0.0272 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty U was 0.0013 mg/kg, and the coverage factor k was 2. Conclusions This study can provide a guideline for uncertainty evaluation for determining methyl mercury and mercury species in edible fungus by HPLC-AFS.
