目的 提取分离春砂仁与益智仁中的黄酮类物质, 并研究其抑菌、抗肿瘤功能。方法 通过黄酮类物质提取率优化浸提黄酮类物质的乙醇浓度及大孔树脂分离条件, 采用最小抑菌浓度及最小杀菌浓度法确定最有效抑菌组分, 并研究春砂仁与益智仁的有效组分复配后对动物体内抗肿瘤的功效。结果 在60%乙醇浸提条件下选用AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化春砂仁与益智仁中的黄酮类物质效果较好, 经80%乙醇洗脱后的黄酮类物质具有较强的抑菌活性, 且对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180、H22具有抑制作用。结论 春砂仁和益智仁中黄酮类物质具有较强的抗菌、抗肿瘤活性 |

Objective To extract and separate the flavonoids from Amomum villosum Lour and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq by macroporous resin, and study their antimicrobial and antineoplastic functions. Methods The optimum ethanol concentration and separation conditions of macroporous resin for extracting flavonoids were determined by tracking the extraction rate of flavonoids. The most effective antimicrobial components were determined by the minimum antimicrobial concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration. The antitumor effect of the mixture of the effective components of Amomum villosum Lour and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq on the animal in vivo was studied. Results AB-8 macroporous resin had good effect, which was used to separate and purify the flavonoids in Amomum villosum Lour and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq under 60% ethanol extraction conditions. The flavonoids which were eluted by 80% ethanol had stronger bacteriostatic activity, which had inhibitory effect on S180 and H22 in mice. Conclusion The flavonoids in Amomum villosum Lour and Alpinia oxyphylla Miq have strong antibacterial and antitumor activities.
