      目的 探索保健食品及甾醇原料中各种植物甾醇含量的分析方法。方法 采用气相色谱方法, 用安捷伦毛细管色谱柱, 氢火焰离子化检测器, 以程序升温检测不同基质样品中甾醇的含量。结果 在一定的色谱条件下胆甾醇、菜籽甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、内标桦木醇分离良好。以甾醇总量、甾醇峰面积总和与内标桦木醇峰面积之比做标准曲线, 线性范围0.0553~6.64 mg/mL, 相关系数0.999, 定量限为 0.0550 mg/mL, 加标回收率在97.78%~100.2%之间, RSD在0.49%~0.75%之间。结论 该方法检测时间短、灵敏、准确。为食品、保健食品及其原料甾醇含量检测方法研究, 提供了有价值的科学依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the analytical methods of phytosterols in health food and sterol raw materials. Methods The content of sterol in different matrix samples was determined by gas chromatography with Agilent capillary column, hydrogen flame ionization detector, and temperature programming. Results Under certain chromatographic conditions, cholesterol, rapeseed sterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, β-sitosterol and internal standard betulin were well separated. The ratio of the total amount of sterols, the sum of the peak areas of sterols and the peak area of the internal standard betulin was used as the standard curve. The linear range were 0.0553?6.64 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The limit of quantification was 0.0550 mg/mL, the recovery of standard addition were between 97.78% and 100.2%, and the RSD were between 0.49% and 0.75%. Conclusion This method is short in time, sensitive and accurate. It provides a valuable scientific basis for the research on the detection methods of sterol content in foods, healthy foods and raw materials.
