目的 评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鲫鱼中孔雀石绿的不确定度。方法 参考GB/T 19857-2005《水产品中孔雀石绿和结晶紫残留量的测定》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的规定和要求, 分析孔雀石绿在测定过程中的各种不确定度的来源。结果 在95%的置信区间下, 当鲫鱼中孔雀石绿和隐色孔雀石绿之和的含量为7.852 μg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为0.726 μg/kg(k=2)。结论 不确定度的影响因素主要是样品前处理过程。 |

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for the determination of malachite green in Carassius auratus by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods According to the provisions and requirements in GB/T 19857-2005 Determination of malachite green and crystal violet residues in aquatic products and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty, the sources of various uncertainties in the determination process of malachite green were analyzed. Results When the total content of malachite green and leucomalachite green in Carassius auratus was 7.852 μg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.726 μg/kg (k=2) at a 95% confidence interval. Conclusion The influencing factor of uncertainty is mainly the sample preparation process. |
