      目的 建立超高效液相色谱串联飞行时间质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole- time of flight-mass spectrometry)对蛋及蛋制品中18种磺胺类药物残留快筛确证的方法。方法 结合QuEChERS净化对样品进行前处理, 以5%甲酸乙腈溶液提取, 对鲜蛋、咸蛋、皮蛋、蛋肠、蛋粉、蛋酱、卤蛋7种蛋及蛋制品基质效应进行考察, 基质匹配外标法定量, 同时建立了包含一级精确质量和二级碎片离子信息的筛查确证谱库。结果 在50~1000 μg/kg浓度范围内, 18种目标化合物线性关系良好, 方法检出限为2~20 μg/kg, 7种基质在200、400、800 μg/kg 3个添加水平回收率在68.7%~118.7%之间。结论 本方法操作简便, 稳定性好, 适用于蛋及蛋制品中多种磺胺类药物残留的快速筛查。

      Objective To establish an rapid screening method for the determination of 18 kinds of sulfonamides residues in eggs and egg products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were pretreated with QuEChERS purification and extracted with 5% acetonitrile formate solution. The matrix effects in 7 kinds of egg products were considered and the quantification was carried out by matrix-matched with external standard method. A database including accurate mass and fragment ions information was established. Results The linear relationship of 18 target compounds was good in the concentration range of 50-1000 μg/kg. The limits of detection were in the range of 2 to 20 μg/kg. The average recoveries were in the range of 68.7%-118.7% for 7 kinds of substrates at 3 spiked levels of 200, 400, 800 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple to operate and stable, which is suitable for the rapid screening of various sulfonamides residues in eggs and egg products.
