目的 优化凹凸棒土吸附处理青霉病梨果汁中棒曲霉素的工艺条件。方法 通过单因素实验筛选吸附剂用量、吸附时间、吸附温度等因素对果汁中棒曲霉素吸附效率的影响; 然后采用Box-Behnken实验设计, 以吸附剂用量、吸附时间、吸附温度为自变量, 凹凸棒土对棒曲霉素的吸附率为响应值进行响应面设计。结果 最佳吸附条件为凹凸棒土用量0.0800 g, 吸附时间22 h, 吸附温度40 ℃。该条件下凹凸棒土对梨果汁棒曲霉毒素的吸附率达99.51%。结论 该条件下凹凸棒土对梨果汁棒曲霉毒素具有较好的吸附效果。 |

Objective To optimize the process conditions for adsorption of attapulgite of patulin in penicillium pear juice. Methods The effects of the amount of adsorbent, adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the adsorption efficiency of patulin in juice were screened based on the individual factor experiment.With the adsorbent amount, adsorption time and adsorption temperature as independent variables, and the adsorption rate of attapulgite for patulin was designed as response value for Box-Behnken experimental design. Results The optimum adsorption conditions were the amount of attapulgite of 0.0800 g, the adsorption time of 22 h, and the adsorption temperature of 40 ℃. Under the selected condition, the optimum adsorption rate for patulin was 99.51%. Conclusion Attapulgite has a good adsorption effect for patulin in pear juice under the selected condition. |
