      沙特阿拉伯与我国签署“一带一路”合作协议, 作为一带一路沿线重要国家, 多年来是我国在西亚地区最大的贸易伙伴。沙特阿拉伯清真食品需求量大, 80%的食品需要进口, 蕴藏巨大食品贸易商机。本文就沙特阿拉伯食品安全监管机构和职责、法律法规、标准体系、食品安全监管、食品贸易情况进行了系统分析, 为对企业、政府部门、研究机构和社会各界了解沙特阿拉伯食品安全监管体系提供重要参考。
英文摘要:
      Saudi Arabia and China signed the “One Belt and One Road” cooperation agreement. As an important country along the “One Belt and One Road” route, Saudi Arabia has been China’s largest trading partner in west Asia for many years. Saudi Arabia has a huge demand for halal food, 80% of which need to be imported, which is a huge opportunity for food trade. This paper systematically analyzed Saudi Arabia's food safety regulatory agencies and responsibilities, laws and regulations, standards system, food safety supervision, and food trade, so as to provide an important reference for enterprises, government departments, research institutions and all sectors of society to understand Saudi Arabia’s food safety regulatory system.
