目的 通过参加FAPAS 2826 “蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的测定”能力验证, 提高实验室对食品中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖的检测能力。方法 FAPAS 2826样品经水提取后, 采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)进行检测, 并通过多种质量控制措施对测定结果进行评价。结果 FAPAS 2826样品的果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖测定结果分别为38.7 g/100 g、31.8 g/100 g和1.24 g/100 g; Z值分别为?0.3、1.1、0.4。结论 实验检测能力评价为满意, 表明本实验室蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖的定量测定能力较好。 |

Objective To ensure and improve the laboratory's ability to determinate fructose, glucose, sucrose in food by participating in FAPAS 2826 “Determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose in honey” proficiency test. Methods The FAPAS 2826 sample was extracted by water, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results were evaluated by various quality control measures. Results The content of fructose, glucose, sucrose in FAPAS 2826 samples was 38.7 g/100 g, 31.8 g/100 g, 1.24 g/100 g, and the Z-score were ?0.3, 1.1, 0.4, respectively. Conclusion The experimental testing ability is evaluated as satisfactory, which indicates that the determination level for fructose, glucose and sucrose in honey is good. |
