      目的 建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定罐头食品中三氯蔗糖含量的分析方法。方法 样品采用乙酸锌和亚铁氰化钾沉淀蛋白, 经过HLB固相萃取小柱净化浓缩, 再经C18色谱柱分离, 采用蒸发光散射检测器(evaporative light-scattering detector, ELSD)检测。结果 该方法在20.26~405.2 μg/mL范围内以三氯蔗糖浓度的对数和相应峰面积的对数做标准曲线, 相关性良好(r2=0.9996)。平均加标回收率为99.6%~105.3%, 检出限为0.48 mg/kg。结论 该方法准确、灵敏, 能有效、快速的测定罐头食品中的三氯蔗糖。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of sucralose content in canned food by solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC). Methods Samples were deproteinized by adding zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide, and purified by solid-phase extraction column. The separation was analyzed on a C18 column and the analyte was detected with an evaporative light-scattering detector (ELSD). Results The relationship between logarithmic peak area and logarithmic sucralose concentration showed good linear over the range of 20.26-405.2 μg/mL, with a correlation coefficient (r2) of 0.9996. The average recoveries of sucralose were between 99.6%-105.3%. The limit of detection was 0.48 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is accurate and sensitive, which is effective and suitable for the detection of sucralose in canned food.
