白藜芦醇是一种生物性很强的天然多酚类物质, 又称为芪三酚, 是动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤的化学预防剂, 主要来源于花生、葡萄(红葡萄酒)、虎杖、桑椹等植物。本文综述了近十几年来虎杖白藜芦醇提取工艺, 并分析比较各种方法的优缺点和发展趋势, 以期为虎杖白藜芦醇提取工艺的深入研究提供参考。 |

Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol with strong biological properties, also known as astragalus triphenol. It is a chemical prophylactic agent for atherosclerosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and tumors. It is mainly derived from peanuts, grapes (red wine), polysaccharides, mulberry and other plants. This paper reviewed the extraction process of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum in recent ten years and analyzed and compared the advantages, disadvantages and development trends of various methods, so as to provide references for the further research on the extraction process of Polygonum cuspidatum. |
