目的 比较微波消解法和湿法消解法2种前处理方法测定粉条粉丝中铝含量的优缺点。方法 以粉条粉丝中铝成分分析标准物质为样品, 通过微波消解和湿法消解分别处理样品, 后用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定标准样品中铝的含量, 对精密度和回收率, 以及2种前处理消耗时间和试剂消耗量等方面进行对比。结果 用微波消解法处理的2种标准物质回收率的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)分别为3.1%、2.7%, 回收率分别为97.8%、97.3%, 消耗试剂为5 mL, 消解完全用时4~5 h; 湿法消解法处理2种标准物质的RSD为4.7%、3.7%, 回收率分别为92.6%、92.9%; 消耗试剂为15 mL, 消解完全用时5~7 h(不包括浸泡过夜时间)。结论 2种消解方法都适合日常检验要求, 并有很好的效果, 但微波消解更准更快。 |

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of microwave digestion and wet digestion in the determination of aluminum content in vermicelli fans. Methods Standard aluminum sample was processed with microwave digestion and wet digestion, and the content of aluminum in standard samples was determined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Comparison was performed on precision, accuracy, recovery rate and the consumption amount of reagent and time between the 2 pretreatment methods. Results The RSDs of 2 standard substances treated by microwave digestion method were 3.1% and 2.7%, the recovery rates were 97.8% and 97.3 %, reagent consumption was 5 mL, and dissolve completely took 4~5 h. The RSDs of 2 standard substances treated by wet digestion method were 4.7% and 3.7%, the recovery rates were 92.6% and 92.9%. Reagent consumption was 15 mL, and dissolve completely took 5~7 h (not including overnight soaking time). Conclusion This 2 digestion methods are able to meet the require of daily sample detection and analysis, but microwave digestion method is more accurate and reliable. |
