      目的 制备一种柔性表面增强拉曼(surface enhanced Raman scattering, SERS)基底。方法 采用原位合成法, 通过在聚酯纤维表面沉积金纳米粒子, 成功制备一种柔性SERS基底, 且从反应时间和氯金酸溶液浓度2个方面进一步优化制备条件。结果 应用该基底实现了孔雀石绿(malachite green, MG)的高灵敏检测, 其对MG线性检测范围为10-9~10-4 mol/L, 线性相关系数为0.995。将本方法用于超市养殖水样中MG含量检测, 样品未检出MG; 用MG标准溶液配制模拟样品, 实际可检测的最低浓度为10-9 mol/L。结论 本方法有望用于水产品中孔雀石绿的快速高灵敏检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To prepare a flexible surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate. Methods A flexible SERS substrate was successfully prepared by depositing gold nanoparticles on the surface of polyester fibers with an in-situ synthesis method, and the preparation conditions were further optimized from the two aspects of reaction time and concentration of chloroauric acid solution. Results The SERS substrate was used to achieve high sensitivity detection of malachite green (MG). The linear detection range of MG was 10-9~10-4 mol/L with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.995. The method was applied to the detection of MG content in supermarket water samples, and no MG was detected in the samples. The simulated samples were prepared with MG standard solution, and the actual minimum detectable concentration was 10-9 mol/L. Conclusion This method is expected to be used for rapid and sensitive detection of malachite green in aquatic products.
