Athletes have high energy metabolism and high consumption rate, and their required protein intake is much more than the general population. How to scientifically supplement dietary protein for athletes is an important research topic of sports nutrition. This article reviewed the effects of dietary protein on athletes, the source of dietary protein, and some suggestions for athletes' dietary protein intake, so as to provide a reference for athletes to balance the diet scientifically and improve their physical fitness and athletic ability. |
