      “一带一路”倡议为中国清真食品企业的发展创造了绝佳的机会, 但是大多企业对国际清真食品市场的认证规则缺乏了解, 导致产品很难进入国际市场。本文分析了中国清真食品出口认证面临的困境和原因, 在梳理国内外清真食品法律法规和其他规范性文件的基础上, 为中国清真食品企业出口认证提供了路径选择, 对于促进我国清真食品企业利用“一带一路”倡议“走出去”具有一定的指导作用。
英文摘要:
      The “belt and road” initiative has created many opportunities for the development of Chinese halal food enterprises. Unfamiliar with halal food export certification system makes it very difficult to export halal products and enter the international halal food market. The paper claries the dilemma and makes a cause analysis. On the base of the domestic and foreign laws of halal food certification system ,it points out three legal methods of the halal food export certification for Chinese halal food enterprises.It is helpful to know halal food export certification system well and promote the products of halal food enterprises “going abroad” to take the chance on “belt and road” initiative.
