为了确保微生物卫生安全监测中检测结果的精确度,运用控制图法对食品中菌落总数项目进行不确定度评定。方法:依据GB 4789.2-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》检测方法,在期间精密度条件下进行菌落总数的测定,基于控制图法对积累的数据进行统计和分析。结果:按照GB/T 27420-2018《合格评定 生物样本测量不确定度评定与表示应用指南》中的控制图法对菌落总数进行不确定度评定,结果符合正态性和独立性假设,计算得到扩展不确定度结果U=0.10 lgCFU/mL。结论:控制图法评定菌落总数不确定度将不确定度评估与实验室内部质量控制工作相结合,相对于GUM法等不确定度评估法相对简便且易于操作,适合实验室内应用。 |

In order to ensure the accuracy of test results in microbiological health safety monitoring, uncertainty evaluation was carried out for the aerobic plate count in food,using the control charting method. Methods: According to the detection method of GB 4789.2-2016, the aerobic plate count of the quality control samples was determined under the condition of precision during the period. Based on the control charting method, the accumulated data was tested and analyzed. Results: According to the control charting method in GB/T 27420-2018 , the uncertainty of the aerobic plate count in food was assessed. The measurement system were in the state of statistical control. The result of uncertainty was 0.10 lgCFU/g. Conclusion: The control chart method combines the uncertainty evaluation with the quality control in the laboratory. Compared with the GUM method, the uncertainty evaluation method is relatively simple and easy to operate, which is suitable for the laboratory application. |
