      建立超高效液相色谱法同时快速测定含乳饮料中3种甜味剂(糖精钠、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜)、7种防腐剂(山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸酯类)和2种酸味剂(顺丁烯二酸、富马酸)的检测方法。样品用水提取后,加入亚铁氢化钾和乙酸锌溶液沉淀蛋白质及其他杂质。以Waters BEH Shield RP18柱(100 mm ×2.1 mm i.d., 1.7 μm)为分离柱,甲醇-20mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测,检测波长为230nm和210nm,12种目标物可以在6分钟内达到较好的分离。在0.1-80μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2≥0.9996),检出限为0.03~0.3mg/kg,定量限0.1~1.0mg/kg,样品加标回收在77.7%~99.8%之间,RSD为1.2%~4.9%。结果表明该方法适用于含乳饮料中12种食品添加剂的检测。
英文摘要:
      A sample, rapid method for simultaneous determination of 12 food additives in milk beverages by ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) was established. The samples were extracted by water, precipitated protein by potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate, and centrifuged. Waters BEH Shield RP18 column was applied with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 20mmol/L ammonium acetate solution by gradient elution with a flow rate of 0.3mL/min. Targets were detected by diode array detector detection with detection wavelength of 230nm and 210nm. The 12 kinds of food additives could be effectively seperated within 6 min. A good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.1μg/mL~80μg/mL. The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9996. The detection limits ranged from 0.03mg/kg to 0.3mg/kg. The limits of quantification was 0.3 mg/kg~1.0 mg/kg. The average recoveries ranged from 77.7% to 99.8%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was among 1.2%~4.9%. The method is rapidly, conveniently and suitable for determination of 12 kinds of food additives in milk beverage.
