      目的 应用GC-MS的方法测定菌类中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药的总含量(以CS2),了解吉林省内,几种菌类食品的二硫代氨基甲酸酯的残留情况。方法 样品在加热密闭的顶空瓶中,加入氯化亚锡-盐酸溶液,反应生成二硫化碳,冷却后用正己烷萃取出二硫化碳,将正己烷取出,进GC-MS测定。结果 GC-MS的方法测定食用菌类中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药检出限为0.005mg/kg,定量限为0.015 mg/kg,在0.02~0.5mg/L范围内线性均良好(r>0.9990),福美双转化率在90%~100%之间。部分菌类食品中存在二硫代氨基甲酸酯的残留检出率为25.2%,浓度范围在0.011~0.098mg/kg(以CS2),其中香菇的检出率含量最高平均值在0.067mg/kg,检出率57.89%。结论 GC-MS方法是测定菌类食品中二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药(以CS2)较好的方法,吉林省内菌类食品中含有一定量的二硫代氨基甲酸酯的残留,均低于GB2763-2016中规定的最大残留量1mg/kg,但是检出率较高,为今后的二硫代氨基甲酸酯类农药研究起到一定的借鉴作用。

      Objective The total content of dithiocarbamate pesticides in fungi (CS2) was determined by GC-MS. The residues of dithiocarbamate in several fungi food in Jilin Province were investigated. Methods The sample was heated and sealed in a headspace bottle, then added stannous chloride-hydrochloric acid solution to react to form carbon disulfide. After cooling, carbon disulfide was extracted with n-hexane, then n-hexane was taken out and determined by GC-MS. Results The detection limit of dithiocarbamate pesticides in edible fungi by GC-MS was 0.005 mg/kg, the quantitative limit was 0.015 mg/kg, the linearity was good in the range of 0.02-0.5 mg/L (r > 0.9990), and the conversion rate of Fumei was between 90% and 100%. The detection rate of dithiocarbamate residues in some fungi food was 25.2%. The concentration range was 0.011-0.098 mg/kg (CS2). The highest detection rate of Lentinus edodes was 0.067 mg/kg, and the detection rate was 57.89%. Conclusion GC-MS method is a better method for the determination of dithiocarbamate pesticides (CS2) in fungi food. There are a certain amount of dithiocarbamate residues in fungi food in Jilin Province, which are lower than the maximum residues of 1 mg/kg stipulated in GB2763-2016, but the detection rate is higher, which can be used as a reference for future research on dithiocarbamate pesticides.pesticides.
