      为加强网购食品质量安全监管, 提高网络食品监督抽检的有效性与规范性, 本文从食品质量安全监督抽检方法研究入手, 重点关注消费份额占比较大的电商平台。结合多年实践经验, 分析了目前网络食品安全监督抽检的现状与难点。围绕电商平台食品监督抽检的全过程, 在确定抽检计划、抽样准备、购样、抽样取证、样品验收、封样以及检验等环节展开深入探讨, 提出了一套具有可操作性的电商平台食品安全监督抽检方法, 为政府监管部门制定网络抽检工作规范提供参考和建议。

      In order to strengthen the supervision of online food quality and safety and improve the effectiveness and standardization of online food supervision and sampling inspection, this paper started from the research on the methods of food quality and safety supervision and sampling inspection, and focused on e-commerce platforms with a large share of consumption. Combined with many years of practical experience, this paper analyzed the current situation and difficulties of online food safety supervision sampling inspection. Around the whole process of online food safety supervision sampling inspection on e-commerce platform, this article probed into the steps of determining sampling inspection plan, sampling preparation, purchasing samples, sampling evidence collection, sample acceptance, sealing samples and inspection, and put forward a set of operable methods of sampling inspection for food safety supervision on e-commerce platform, which provided references and suggestions for the government supervision department to formulate the work standard of sampling inspection of network product quality.
