      目的:研究地木耳多糖的抗氧化性和抑菌活性。方法:利用超声波提取法从地木耳中提取多糖,经初步纯化后,进行多糖的抗氧化性和抑菌作用分析。结果:地木耳多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力,且其抗氧化能力在一定的样品浓度范围内呈现良好的量效关系,其中对.OH的清除率最高,最高可达70.53%,DPPH次之,最高达67.72%,对O2-的清除能力最低,最高达32.31%。地木耳多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌,啤酒酵母均有一定的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,最小抑菌质量浓度为62.5μg/mL;对丹参枯萎病菌无抑制作用。结论:地木耳多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力和抗菌能力。

      Objective:AntioxidantSandSantibacterialSactivitiesSofSpolysaccharidesSfrom Nostoc commune were analysed. Methods: Polysaccharide was extracted from Nostoc commune by ultrasonic extraction. After initial purification, the antibacterial and antioxidant tests of polysaccharide were carried out. Results: The polysaccharide had strong antioxidant ability, and its antioxidant ability showed a good dose -effect relationship in a certain sample concentration range. Among them, the removal rate of ? OH was highest, up to 70.53 %, and DPPH was followed. Up to 67.72 %, The removal capacity of O2-is the lowest, up to 32.31 %. The Nostoc commune polysaccharide had a certain inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, among which the antibacterial effect on E. coli was the best, and the minimum inhibitory mass concentration was 62.5μg/mL; There was no inhibitory effect on Salvia miltiorrhiza wilt. Conclusion: Polysaccharides from Nostoc Commune has strong anti-oxidation ability and antibacterial ability.
