目的 分析动物源性食品中氟苯尼考残留水平和分布规律。方法 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行残留量测定, 并借助Excel 2010和社会科学统计软件包18.0对测定结果进行分析。结果 方法中, 以乙腈-水为最佳流动相, 以Welch Xtimate C18为最佳色谱柱。不同品种样品中, 氟苯尼考平均回收率为80.3%~95.3%, 检出限为0.052~0.095 μg/kg, 定量限为0.150~0.313 μg/kg。472批次样品中, 氟苯尼考检出率为15.9%, 残留量主要为0.1~1.0 μg/kg, 检出品种以各鲜肉、胗、大肠以及相应的腊制品和蛋类为主。新复极差分析显示, 检出品种中鸡蛋残留量不同于其他品种。结论 本研究对氟苯尼考残留水平和分布规律进行了分析, 可为市民选择提供参考。 |

Objective To analyze the levels and distribution of florfenicol residue in animal-original food. Methods The residue was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. And the results were analyzed by Excel 2010 and Statistical Product and Service Solutions 18.0. Results The acetonitrile-water was the best mobile phase with the best chromatography column of Welch Xtimate C18. The average recoveries were in the range of 80.3%-95.3%. The limits of detection and the limits of quantitative were 0.052-0.095 μg/kg and 0.150-0.313 μg/kg, respectively. The detection rate was 15.9% of the 472 batches of samples. The residue was mainly 0.1-1.0 μg/kg. The fresh meat, gizzard, intestine and the corresponding smoked products and eggs were the main samples. Duncan’s analysis showed that the florfenicol content in eggs was higher than other varieties, which showed a significant difference. Conclusion This study analyzes the florfenicol residual level and distribution law, which can provide reference for citizens to choose. |
