      目的 研究阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌生物膜的形成特性。方法 采用结晶紫染色法检测生物膜形成量, 考察培养时间、培养温度以及初始pH值3个环境因子对阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌生物膜形成的影响。结果 结果表明培养时间、培养温度以及初始pH值对生物膜形成影响较大, 且各阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌的最佳成膜条件分别为: 阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌CICC 21550最适温度为30 ℃, 最适PH为7, 最佳培养时间为36 h; 阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌CICC 21562最适温度为30 ℃, 最适pH为5, 最佳培养时间为48 h; 阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌CICC 21544最适温度为42 ℃, 最适pH为7, 最佳培养时间为24 h; 阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌CICC 21563最适温度为30 ℃, 最适pH为7, 最佳培养时间为36 h。结论 4株阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌的生物被膜成膜能力由强及弱依次为阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌CICC 21550、21544、21563、21562。本研究为阪崎克罗诺肠杆菌生物膜相关研究提供理论参考。

      Objective To investigate the formation characteristics of Cronobacter sakazakii (C. sakazakii) biofilm. Methods The crystal violet staining was used to detect the amount of biofilm formation, and the effects of three environmental factors, including cultivation time, temperature and initial pH value, on the biofilm formation of C. sakazakii were investigated. Results The effects of the cultivation time, temperature and initial pH value on biofilm formation were great. The optimum environmental conditions for forming the maximum amount of biofilm were: temperature 30 ℃, pH=7, and incubation time 36 h for C. sakazakii CICC 21550; temperature 30 ℃, pH=5, and incubation time 48 h for C. sakazakii CICC 21562; temperature 42 ℃, pH=7, and incubation time 24 h for C. sakazakii CICC 21544; and temperature 30 ℃, pH=7, and incubation time 36 h for C. sakazakii CICC 21563. Conclusion The biofilm forming ability of the four C. sakazakii strains is in order from strong to weak: C. sakazakii CICC 21550, 21544, 21563, 21562. This study can provide a theoretical reference for related research of C. sakazakii biofilm.
