      目的 通过对比高精度三维测量技术与人工测量实验结果, 对高精度三维测量技术测量不同材料的常用食品接触材料表面积的准确性和精确性作出评价。方法 以6大类24种常用食品接触材料为例, 采用高精度三维测量技术计算材料表面积并与人工测量数据进行对比。结果 人工与高精度三维测量技术的常用食品接触材料表面积测量相对标准偏差在6%以内。结论 高精度三维测量技术测量结果稳定, 在不同材质常用食品接触材料表面积测量中可保证一定精度且具有广泛适用性, 具有稳定可靠的应用前景。

      Objective Comparing the results of high-precision three-dimensional measurement technology with manual measurement experiments, to evaluate the accuracy and accuracy of the high-precision three-dimensional measurement technology for measuring the surface area of commonly used food contact materials. Methods Taking 24 kinds of commonly used food contact materials in 6 categories as examples, the surface areas of the materials were calculated by high-precision three-dimensional measurement technology and compared with the manual measurement data. Results The relative standard deviation of surface area measurement of commonly used food contact materials by manual and high-precision three-dimensional measurement technology was within 6%. Conclusion The high-precision three-dimensional measurement technology has stable measurement results. It can guarantee a certain precision and wide applicability in the surface area measurement of commonly used food contact materials of different materials, and has stable and reliable application prospects.
