      近年来, 新西兰在食品监管方面不断发展, 实施了一系列新的食品监督检查措施, 这些先进的管理办法值得我们学习和借鉴。本文总结梳理了新西兰政府要求食品企业遵守的3类食品安全控制计划, 并详述了这3类计划(国家计划、食品控制计划、风险管理计划)对应的风险等级、具体的实施范围、实施步骤以及检查频率。最后, 通过结合我国食品监督检查工作现状, 对新西兰食品监督检查工作进行经验总结, 并提出3点建议, 为我国下一步食品安全工作的发展提供信息。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, New Zealand has made continuous development in food supervision and implements a series of new food supervision and inspection measures. These advanced management methods are worth learning. This paper summarized and analyzed 3 types of food safety control plans (national plan, food control plan, risk management plan) those are under the supervision of New Zealand government, and mainly discussed the corresponding risk levels, the specific scopes of implementation, the implementing steps and inspection frequency of these 3 types of food control plans. Finally, this article also summarized the experience of New Zealand food supervision and inspection and put forward 3 suggestions by combining with the current situation of food inspection in China. This work can provide information and support to the development of China’s food safety work.
