      目的 建立超高效液相色谱法(ultra high performance liquid chromatography, UPLC)测定保健食品中氨甲环酸和氨基己酸非法添加物的检测方法。方法 样品经溶剂提取后, 经HILIC色谱柱进行分离、质谱检测后, 对样品中的氨甲环酸和氨基己酸定性、定量分析。结果 样品经HILIC柱分离后, 氨甲环酸和氨基己酸能够得到有效的色谱保留和分离, 并且待测物不受样品基质的影响。该方法在1.0~100 ng/mL浓度范围(样品含量0.05~5 μg/g)内, 线性关系良好, 方法的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)值小于2%, 方法平均回收率为93.4%~100.3%。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 能够适合用于保健食品中氨甲环酸和氨基己酸的定性、定量检查。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of the illegal addition of tranexamic acid and aminocaproic acid in health care products by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods Samples were extracted with organic solvent, separated by HILIC column, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by mass spectrometer. Results After the sample was separated by HILIC column, tranexamic acid and aminocaproic acid could be effectively chromatographically retained and separated, and the analyte was not affected by the sample matrix. This method had a good linearity in the concentration range of 1.0-100 ng/mL (sample content 0.05-5 μg/g). The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2%, and the average recovery rate was 93.4%-100.3%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for qualitative and quantitative examination of tranexamic acid and aminocaproic acid in health foods.
