青龙衣抗肿瘤有效成分的药理活性及其作用机制研究进展

      青龙衣是我国重要的抗肿瘤药源植物, 且随着研究的深入, 其药用价值也越来越显著。青龙衣不仅具有良好的抗肿瘤作用, 还具有一定的市场开发价值。本文查阅近年来国内外相关文献, 总结归纳了青龙衣抗肿瘤有效成分的药理活性和作用机制。青龙衣抗肿瘤有效成分的药理活性分为醌类、多糖类、多酚类、黄酮类、萜类、二芳基烷庚类等。青龙衣的抗肿瘤作用机制可大致分为抑制细胞生长、影响细胞周期、影响线粒体变化、抑制基因表达、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭转移等。通过研究, 以期为抗肿瘤新药的研发提供依据。

      Qinglongyi is an important anti-tumor drug source plant in China, and its medicinal value has become more and more obvious with the deepening of research. Qinglongyi has good anti-tumor effect, and has certain market development value. This paper reviewed the related literatures at home and abroad for recent years, and summarized the pharmacological activity and mechanism of active anti-tumor components of Qinglongyi. The pharmacological activities of the active anti-tumor components of Qinglongyi can be divided into terpenoids, polysaccharides, polyphenols, flavonoids, anthraquinones, diarylheptanoids, etc. The anti-tumor mechanism of Qinglongyi can be roughly divided into inhibiting cell growth, affecting cell cycle, affecting mitochondrial changes, inhibiting gene expression, inhibiting invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. Through the research, it aims to provide the basis for the research and development of new anti-tumor drugs.
