      目的 评定气相色谱法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的不确定度。方法 依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》, 综合测量结果数学模型和实验过程, 对各不确定度来源进行了量化与合成, 最终得到水产品中氯霉素残留量测定扩展不确定度。结果 当水产品中残留氯霉素测定结果为1.44 μg/kg时, 在95%的置信概率下, 其扩展不确定度为0.13 μg/kg(k=2)。评定结果标明, 实验过程不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配制、标准溶液衍生、标准曲线拟合和测量重复性。结论 本研究适用于气相色谱法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的不确定度分析, 为科学评价药物残留测量结果质量提供了依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of chloramphenicol residue in aquatic products by gas chromatography (GC). Methods According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Measurement uncertainty evaluation and presentation, measurement results mathematical model and experimental process were synthesized, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed, the uncertainties of components were quantified, and the synthetic uncertainty was calculated. Finally, the extended uncertainty of determination of chloramphenicol residue in aquatic products was obtained. Results When the chloramphenicol residue was 1.44 μg/kg, the extended uncertainty was 0.13 μg/kg (k=2) under the 95% confidence probability. The evaluation results showed that the uncertainties of the experiment were mainly derived from curve fitting, measurement repeatability, standard solution preparation and standard solution derivatization. Conclusion This method is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty of determination of chloramphenicol residue in aquatic products. It provides a basis for scientific evaluation of the quality of drug residue measurement results.
