      目的 介绍基于移动互联网技术的食品生产许可现场核查系统的设计需求及实现方式。方法 通过业务流程分析, 采用安全外壳(secure shell, SSH)框架的基于角色的访问控制(role based access control, RBAC)实现方案, 构建系统框架及体系结构、系统移动端架构、系统功能模块等方式实现智能手机及平板Android移动端、计算机PC页面端的食品生产许可现场核查系统, 为现场审查提供评分记录、影像采集、信息上传等服务。结果 该核查系统实现了任务下发、核查现场信息采集及上传、核查监控、核查报告生成、报告打印签字并上传系统数据库, 现场核查工作更加公正、便捷, 给许可审批有关部门和企业提供便利的信息渠道。结论 基于移动互联网的食品生产许可现场核查系统的实现, 提高了食品生产许可现场核查工作的效率和事中事后的监管的工作质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To introduce design requirements and implementation methods of food production permiton-site verification system based on mobile internet technology. Methods Through business process analysis, with the secure shell (SSH) framework of role-based access control (RBAC) scheme, the system framework and architecture, system mobile terminal architecture, system functional modules and other ways were built to realize the on-site inspection system of food production license for the mobile terminal of smart phone and tablet Android and the page of computer PC, to provide scoring record, image collection, information uploading and other services for on-site inspection. Results The verification system realized task distribution, on-site information collection and upload, examination monitoring, report generation, report printing and signing and upload system database to make the on-site verification more convenient and fair, also provided the permit approval of relevant departments and enterprises with convenient information channels. Conclusions The application of on-site verification system based on mobile internet is helpful to improved the efficiency of on-site inspection of food production permits and the quality of on-site supervision.
