      目的 选取天津市水稻品种武津粳1号、香糯ZP-3及皖香早-1为研究对象, 研究水稻镉累积特性差异, 以及与天津本地种植环境的相关性。方法 分别对盆栽水稻土壤进行不同浓度梯度的镉污染处理, 然后种植3个品种的水稻, 最终采收测定。结果 各品种水稻的茎叶、稻壳及糙米中镉含量均随土壤镉污染程度增加而呈上升趋势, 且各部位镉累积量都符合茎叶>稻壳>糙米的规律。富集系数表明, 在低浓度污染条件下 (<5.0 mg/kg), 3个品种镉累积含量虽有一定差异, 但差异不明显; 在高浓度污染条件下(≥5.0 mg/kg), 香糯ZP-3的富集系数明显低于其他2个品种。通过软件对实验数据进行分析, 建立了3个水稻品种糙米镉含量预测模型。结论 通过阈值的比较, 可以看出不同品种水稻对镉吸收累积特性及镉污染的耐受性存在较大差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective The rice varieties of Wujinjing No.1, Xiangnuo ZP-3 and Wanxiangzao-1 in Tianjin were selected as research objects, to study the difference in cadmium accumulation characteristics of rice and the correlation with the local planting environment in Tianjin. Methods The soil of potted rice was treated with cadmium pollution in different concentration gradients, and then three varieties of rice were planted, and finally analyzed. Results The content of cadmium in the stems and leaves, rice husks and brown rice of various rice varieties increased with the increase of soil cadmium pollution, and the accumulation of cadmium in each part conforms to the rule of stems and leaves>rice husks>brown rice. The enrichment coefficient indicated that, in the condition of low concentration pollution (<5.0 mg/kg), the accumulative content of cadmium of the three varieties had a certain difference, but the difference was not obvious. However, the enrichment coefficient of Xiangnuo ZP-3 was significantly lower than other 2 varieties under the high cadmium conditions (≥5.0 mg/kg). The models of cadmium content in brown rice for 3 rice varieties were established by analyzing the experimental data through software. Conclusion Through the comparison of the threshold values, it can be found that the cadmium uptake and accumulation characteristics and cadmium pollution tolerance of different rice varieties are quite different.
