生物毒素是一类重要的生物来源的小分子活性物质, 其快速检测方法成为近年来研究的焦点。以分子生物学、免疫分析技术、生物传感器、纳米技术等为基础的快速检测方法发展迅速, 已经成为生物毒素检测的主要方法。本文对生物毒素的种类及快速检测方法进行介绍, 并讨论了存在的问题及未来发展方向, 对化学生态学、化学生物以及医学、药学等诸多生命科学领域的研究有着十分重要的意义。 |

Biotoxins are important class of biologically active small molecule active substances, and their rapid detection methods have become the focus of research in recent years. Rapid detection methods based on molecular biology, immunoassay technology, biosensors, nanotechnology develope rapidly and have become the main biotoxin detection methods. This paper introduced the types of biotoxins and rapid detection methods, and discussed the existing problems and future development directions, which was of great significance to the study of many fields of life sciences such as chemical ecology, chemical biology, medicine and pharmacy. |
