      色谱质谱联用分析技术已经成为当前主要的快速筛查检测技术, 由于其具有简单、快速、高灵敏度和高分辨率等特点, 广泛应用于有害化学物质的多残留检测和未知化学性风险筛查确证研究。本文主要综述了色谱质谱分析技术在食品、环境、药品和化妆品等领域快速筛查检测的研究进展, 比较了不同分析技术在筛查检测方面的优缺点, 并对今后的研究进行了展望, 为相关研究的开展提供一些参考。
英文摘要:
      Chromatography-mass spectrometry has become the main rapid screening and detection technology. Due to its simplicity, rapidity, high sensitivity and high resolution, it is widely used in multi-residue detection of hazardous chemicals and the confirmation of unknown chemical risk screening. This paper mainly reviewed the research progress of chromatography-mass spectrometry in rapid screening and detection in food, environment, medicine and cosmetics, compared the advantages and disadvantages of different analytical techniques in screening and detection, and prospected the future research, so as to provide some references for relevant research.
