      目的 建立气相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定三七中腐霉利残留量的分析方法。方法 样品中的腐霉利经乙腈提取, 采用QuEChERS法为净化方法, 以外标法进行定量, 以气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, GC-MS/MS)和选择反应监测模式(select reaction monitoring, SRM)对三七中腐霉利残留进行检测。结果 腐霉利的标准曲线方程为Y=?41101.3+545271X, 在0.005~25.000 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9999, 检出限为0.0008 mg/kg, 加标回收率在92.0%~96.4%之间, 相对标准偏差均在1.26%~4.21%。结论 本法简便、准确、重现性好, 可用于三七中腐霉利残留的快速检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of procymidone residues in Panax notoginseng by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The procymidone in the sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified by QuEChERS method and quantified by external standard method. Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and selective reaction monitoring (SRM) were used to detect the residues of procymidone residues in Panax notoginseng. Results The standard curve equation of the pythium was Y=?41101.3+545271X, and the linear relation was good with 0.005-25.000 μg/mL (r=0.9999). The limit of detection was 0.0008 mg/kg, the recoveries were 92.0%-96.4%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.26%-4.21%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for rapid detection of procymidone residues in Panax notoginseng.
