目的 实现鱼油软胶囊料液管道输送。方法 通过改变鱼油软胶囊料液生产模式, 改造配料间与压丸间的输送方式, 实现管道连接。结果 管道输送料液, 由原来每批放料换料拉12次桶降为1次, 时间有原来的120 min降为10 min, 盛装料液的料桶由原来的4个降为1个, 生产效率提升40%, 同时每月料桶的清洁时间由原来的540 min降为120 min。结论 实现了鱼油软胶囊料液管道输送, 降低了员工劳动强度, 提升了鱼油软胶囊的生产效率, 降低过程操作的风险, 为实现软胶囊全线连续生产奠定了扎实的基础。 |

Objective To realize transporting fish oil soft capsule liquid by pipeline. Methods By changing the production mode of fish oil soft capsule liquid, the transportation mode between the ingredients and the pressure pill was changed to realize the pipe connection. Results After the transportation the liquid using pipeline, the numbers of buckets were reduced from 12 times to one time, the time was reduced from the original 120 min to 10 min, the buckets containing the feed liquid were reduced from the original 4 to 1 and the production efficiency was increased by 40%. At the same time, the cleaning time of the bucket per month decreased from 540 min to 120 min. Conclusion The pipeline transportation of fish oil soft capsules is realized, which reduces the labor intensity of employees, improves the production efficiency of fish oil soft capsules, reduces the risk of process operation, and lays a solid foundation for the continuous production of soft capsules. |
