      目的 参加安徽省质量技术监督局举办的食品中沙门氏菌检出能力验证实验, 提高实验室的检测水平和综合能力。方法 依据能力验证作业指导书和GB 4789.4-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 沙门氏菌检验》的检验要求, 对6份样品进行检验, 并对分离的疑似菌进行鉴定。结果 CODE5检出肠炎沙门氏菌、CODE6检出甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌, 而CODE、CODE2、CODE3、CODE4未检出沙门氏菌。检验结果与能力验证组织单位结果一致, 结果满意, 顺利完成能力验证实验。结论 本次能力验证活动提高了实验室检测能力和检测技术水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To participate in the verification test of Salmonella detection ability in food organized by Anhui provincial bureau of quality and technical supervision, and improve the detection level and comprehensive ability of the laboratory. Methods According to the test manual of the proficiency test and the inspection requirements of GB 4789.4-2016 National food safety standard food-Microbiology test-Salmonella test”, 6 samples were tested and the suspected bacteria were identified. Results Salmonella enteritidis was detected in CODE5, Salmonella paratyphi A was detected in CODE6, and there was no Salmonella detected in CODE, CODE2, CODE3, CODE4. The test results were consistent with the results of the proficiency testing organizational unit, the results were satisfactory, and the proficiency testing was successfully completed. Conclusion Proficiency testing improves the laboratory testing capabilities and the testing techniques.
