目的 评定超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定果汁中展青霉素的含量的不确定度。方法 依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059-2012《测量不确定度与表示》的规定, 建立数学模型, 对不确定度来源进行分析。结果 通过对不确定度分量进行量化和合成, 得出当果汁中展青霉素含量为44.77 μg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为5.81 μg/kg(k=2)。结论 影响检测结果的不确定度主要来源为标准溶液配制和标准曲线拟合。 |

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of patulin in juice by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Methods According to CNAS-GL06 Guidance on evaluation the uncertainty in chemical analysis and JJF 1059-2012 Evaluation expression of uncertainty in measurement, a mathematical model was established to evaluate the sources of uncertainty. Results By quantifying and synthesizing the uncertainty component, it was concluded that when the content of penicillin in the juice was 44.77 μg/kg, its expansion uncertainty was 5.81 μg/kg (k=2). Conclusion The major sources of uncertainty are preparation of standard solutions and the standard curve fitting. |
