      目的 建立了QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)检测中药瓜蒌皮中22种真菌毒素含量的方法。方法 样品用QuEChERS方法进行前处理, 经10%甲酸乙腈溶液提取, 用混合净化填料净化除杂, 采用基质匹配标准曲线结合同位素内标法进行定量分析。结果 在低、中、高3个添加水平下, 22种真菌毒素的平均加标回收率为81.95%~119.25% (n=5), 22种真菌毒素在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数(r2)≥0.99, 检出限(limit of detection, LOD, S/N=3)和定量限(limit of quantity, LOQ, S/N=10)分别为0.05~6.25 μg/kg和0.15~18.7 μg/kg。结论 该法简单、快速、实用性强, 适用于瓜蒌皮中22种真菌毒素的定量分析。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 22 kinds of mycotoxins in traditional Chinese medicine trichosanthis pericarpium by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were pretreated by QuEChERS method, extracted with 10% formic acid acetonitrile solution, and purified by mixed purification filler. Matrix matching standard curve combined with isotope internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The average recoveries of 22 kinds of mycotoxins at 3 spiked levels (high, medium, low) were 81.95%-119.25% (n=5). The 22 kinds of mycotoxins had a good linear relationship in their respective linear ranges, correlation coefficient (r2)≥0.99, limit of detection (LOD, S/N=3) and limit of quantity (LOQ, S/N=10) were 0.05-6.25 μg/kg and 0.15-18.7 μg/kg, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and practical, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of 22 kinds of mycotoxins in trichosanthis pericarpium.
