目的 建立一种利用高效液相色谱法检测牛奶中呋喃唑酮含量的检测方法。方法 用乙腈提取牛奶样品中的呋喃唑酮, 蒸发浓缩提取液后用正己烷除去脂肪及其他杂质, 离心取下层清液过膜后用高效液相色谱法分离, 紫外检测器检测, 外标法定量。结果 呋喃唑酮在0.01~1.00 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系, 线性回归系数为0.997, 回收率为94.00%~105.00%, 检出限为0.02 μg/mL。结论 该方法准确、灵敏、高效、环保,适用于牛奶中呋喃唑酮的测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of furazolidone in milk by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The furazolidone in the milk sample was extracted with acetonitrile, and the extract was evaporated to remove fat and other impurities with n-hexane. The supernatant was centrifuged and separated by high performance liquid chromatography, detected by ultraviolet detector, and quantified by an external standard method. Results Furazolidone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01- 1.00 μg/mL, the linear regression coefficient was 0.997, the recoveries were 94.00%-105.00%, and the detection limit was 0.02 μg/mL. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, efficient and environmentally friendly, which is suitable for the determination of furazolidone in milk. |
