      目的 对桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的膳食暴露进行风险评估。方法 依据湖南省2017年3月~12月桶装饮用水的抽检监测数据, 以桶装饮用水出厂后为起点, 以最终饮用完为终点, 采用蒙特卡罗模拟技术, 运用@risk5.5风险评估软件对铜绿假单胞菌进行膳食暴露风险评估。结果 正常人群按照《中国居民膳食指南(2016版)》推荐的饮水量, 且饮用水的来源全部为未经烧开的桶装饮用水, 铜绿假单胞菌平均摄入量为 32 CFU, 大部分的消费者(众数)摄入量为0.06 CFU, 摄入量大于0.15 CFU的概率为3.1%, 消费者的感染概率平均值为2.4×10?8。结论 通过对湖南省桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的膳食风险暴露评估可知, 该菌在饮用水摄入途径上, 总体上处于安全水平。
英文摘要:
      Objective To conduct the risk assessment of dietary exposure to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water. Methods According to monitoring data of barreled drinking water of Hunan from March 2017 to December 2017, taking the barreled drinking water out of the factory as the starting point, and finishing with the last drink. The @risk5.5 risk assessment software was used to evaluate the risk of dietary exposure of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by using the Monte Carlo simulation technique. Results The results showed that the normal population drinking water by recommended with dietary guidelines for Chinese residents (2016 Edition), and the source of drinking water was all unburned bottled drinking water, the average intake of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 32 CFU, most of the consumers (the majority) intake was 0.06 CFU, and the probability of intake more than 0.15 CFU was 3.1%. The average infection probability of consumers was 2.4×10?8. Conclusion Based on the dietary risk exposure assessment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the drinking water of Hunan province, it can be seen that the bacteria is generally at a safe level in the drinking water intake route.
