      目的 建立一种快速敏感的转基因油菜籽Ms8品系应用环介导等温扩增技术检测方法。方法 针对转基因油菜籽Ms8品系外源基因与内源基因结合处序列设计1组特异性引物, 对反应体系进行优化。 结果 LAMP检测方法反应速度快, 在60 min内即可完成扩增, 检测结果易于观察, 通过肉眼观察染色情况即可分辨, 该方法灵敏度高, 检测限可达到65.12 pg/?L, 并且具有良好的特异性。结论 LAMP检测方法快速、灵敏、特异性强, 适用于转基因油菜籽Ms8品系基层和现场检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a rapid and sensitive method of transgenic rapeseed Ms8 strain by loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). Methods A group of specific primers were designed for the sequence of integration of exogenous and endogenous genes of transgenic rapeseed Ms8 strain, and the reaction system was optimized. Results LAMP detection method had a rapid reaction speed and could complete amplification within 60 min. The test results were easy to observe and could be distinguished by visual observation of staining. This method had a high sensitivity, and the limit of detection could reach 65.12 pg/μL, with good specificity. Conclusion LAMP method is rapid, sensitive and highly specific, which is suitable for rapeseed Ms8 strain base and field test.
