      目的 了解在陕西省内从事食品检验活动的实验室检验能力的整体水平, 评价各食品实验室的检测能力与质量保证水平, 为实验室监管部门提供技术支撑。方法 通过设计与实施能力验证计划, 获得各参加实验室8个能力验证项目的测定结果, 对结果进行稳健统计分析, 通过Z比分数评价实验室检测能力, 并对结果进行分析。结果 全省共有42家实验室参加了本次能力验证项目, 累计提交了220个结果, 其中结果满意为29家, 总体满意率为69%, 8个项目满意率分别为氨基酸态氮89.5%、糖精钠88.2%、二氧化硫84.4%、三氯杀螨醇80.0%、镉90.0%、可待因61.5%、西布曲明85.7%、沙门氏菌100%。结论 参加本次能力验证活动的实验室, 多数的检测能力评价为满意, 表明各实验室检测水平总体良好, 具有相应项目的检验能力。但仍有少数实验室评价结果不满意, 应进一步加强实验室的检测能力水平。

      Objective To understand the overall level of laboratory testing capacity for food inspection activities in Shaanxi province, evaluate the testing capability and quality assurance level of each food laboratory, and provide technical support to laboratory regulatory authorities. Methods By designing and implementing the capability verification plan, the test results of 8 competency verification projects in each participating laboratory were obtained. The robust statistical analysis of the results were conducted, the laboratory testing ability was evaluated through the Z-score, and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 42 laboratories in the province participated in the capability verification project, and 220 results were submitted, of which 29 were satisfactory and the overall satisfaction rate was 69%. The satisfaction rates of the 8 projects were 89.5% of amino acid nitrogen, 88.2% of saccharin sodium, 84.4% of sulfur dioxide, 80.0% of trichlorobacterol, 90.0% of cadmium, 61.5% of codeine, 85.7% of sibutramine and 100% of Salmonella, respectively. Conclusion Most of the laboratories participating in the capability verification activity are satisfied with the evaluation of testing capability, indicating that the testing level of each laboratory is generally good and has the testing capability of corresponding projects. However, evaluation results of a few laboratory are not satisfactory, so the laboratory testing capability should be further strengthened.
