      目的 分析顶空-气相色谱法测定亚麻籽油中的溶剂残留量的不确定度。方法 应用因果图分析法分析溶剂残留量测量过程的不确定度来源, 通过建立数学模型量化不确定度的各主要分量, 计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 当亚麻籽油中溶剂残留量为20.3 mg/kg, 扩展不确定为2.0 mg/kg(k=2)。影响检测结果测量不确定度的最主要因素为标准曲线拟合。结论 通过分析评定测量不确定度, 能够有效掌握实验测定结果的准确性和可信度, 确保检验工作的质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the uncertainty for the determination of solvent residue in linseed oil by headspace-gas chromatography (HS-GC). Methods The sources of uncertainty in the measurement process of residual solvent were analyzed by causal diagram analysis. The main components of uncertainty were quantified by establishing a mathematical model, and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. Results When the solvent residue in flaxseed oil was 20.3 mg/kg, the expansion uncertainty was 2.0 mg/kg (k=2). The most important factor affecting the measurement uncertainty was the standard curve fitting. Conclusion By analyzing and evaluating the uncertainty of measurement, it can master the accuracy and reliability of the test results, and ensure the quality of the test work.
