      固相萃取是利用填料吸附液相样品中的目标化合物, 并与样品基质及干扰组分分离, 再利用有机洗脱液洗脱达到富集和纯化目标化合物的技术。利用固相萃取对水产品中危害物的预处理在各类实验室中得到了越来越广泛的应用。随着介孔硅胶、磁性复合材料、纳米纺丝等新型填料的开发, 以及搅拌棒吸附、96孔板式等不同固相萃取模式的开发, 近几年衍生出多种用途的固相萃取方法。本文主要通过传统填料、分子印迹、亲和免疫、磁性材料和碳材料等几种固相萃取填料结合注射器固相萃取、基质分散固相萃取、搅拌棒吸附萃取、移液器固相萃取等几种技术在水产品质量安全检测中的应用, 比较了水产品中农兽药、重金属、蛋白质、脂质、及其他小分子化合物萃取技术的优缺点, 并对未来固相萃取在水产品安全检测发展方向进行探讨。

      Solid-phase extraction (SPE) is a method of enriching and purifying the target compounds by using the packing adsorption liquid phase samples and separating them from the sample matrix and interfering components. The pretreatment of hazardous substances in aquatic products by solid-phase extraction has been widely used in various laboratories. With the development of new packing materials such as mesoporous silica gel, magnetic composite material and nano-spinning, as well as the development of different solid-phase extraction modes such as stirrer adsorption and 96-well plate, a variety of solid-phase extraction methods have been developed in recent years. This article mainly compared the advantages and disadvantages of the solid-phase extraction technology for extraction and purification of pesticides, veterinary drug residues, heavy metals, protein, lipid, and other small molecular species in aquatic products by using different solid-phase sorbents, such as traditional C18, molecular imprinted sorbents, immunoaffinity chromatographic materials, magnetic materials, and carbon materials in the forms of syringe solid-phase extraction, matrix dispersive solid-phase extraction, 96-well plate solid-phase extraction, stir bar sorptive extraction, pipette solid-phase extractionin, and etc, and also discussed the future development direction of solid-phase extraction in the safety analysis of aquatic products.
